Hi! My name is Annie! My foster family sometimes calls me Dobby as they say I look like a cute little house elf from Harry Potter. I came to Chihuahua rescue because my mommy found herself in a position where she was afraid that she wouldn't be able to take care of me much longer. I was originally found by my mom as a stray and I was quite timid at first but I warmed up quickly. I love to run and play so I might be better with a fenced in yard. I love to snuggle too! I get along well with other dogs and cats but I haven't really interacted with children, so I am not sure about tiny human beings. I'm looking for my new forever family, maybe you might be the one! I'm pretty special and I can't wait to meet you!

Chihuahua Rescue Indiana Inc. is a non profit, all volunteer rescue working with Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes. The pets are housed in individual volunteer foster homes, not kennels or shelters until they are adopted permanently. We get to know our animals and therefore can tell the potential adopter what the traits of the animal are and what home would be the best for the pet. We are dedicated to the adoption, education, rescue and transportation of the Chihuahua breed. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. FINISH
