Max (Churro)
Max in cuteness and Max in personality! I'm a young dog, what I lack in social skills I make up for in good looks and charm. I can be very affectionate and loving, but please take your time and be patient with me, I promise if you do you will see what a good boy I am. I like my personal space and I like certain toys to be mine so its best not to get too close. Better still just don't put them in bed with me, but make them "outdoor toys." I really do like to be loved, but take it slow, because I am really worth getting to know!
Chihuahua Rescue Says: Max/Churro is a young dog, we add another name to a name like "Max" because its quite common. He was an owner surrender. He was sure ready for a new home, in need of some attention and time, and he was not very confident. He likes walks and he likes attention from his person. Because he is a bit unpredictable a person understanding of small dog behavior and an all adult home would work out best. This little guy is not fond of larger dogs, however he seems fine with little dogs. I haven't seen him with cats. He will probably be playful at some point in time with a small pet like himself. He was recently neutered so that will surely help his attitude in time. He seems to appreciate that you don't pee and poop in the house or in your kennel, and though he will bark in the kennel, he gets over it quickly. He is a little guy at just under 9 lbs and he very cute. He is vaccinated, heart worm negative, and micro-chipped, in addition to being neutered. This little guy is about a year old and his adoption fee is $250.
