Hey there, I'm Miguel and I've been patiently waiting a few years now for the right forever home. My foster mom has been so great giving me the treats I love... MAN I LOVE TREATS! Just like I love walks and riding in the car! I want a forever home so I can do more of those things with my own person. That would make me so happy. I had some brothers when I came into rescue and they got adopted really quick because they were smaller and in better shape at the time. My fur and skin needed work a few years ago, but it's all better and never been a problem since. Well, I really hope you want to take me home for a trial visit. I'd love a forever home this year.
What Chihuahua Rescue says: When you look at a guy like Miguel, you just can't say no. You have to rescue him! He is very happy, playful, and sweet, but due to his age his potty behavior will require a belly band for him to be out and about in the house without worry. He is 10 years old and 9 lbs and walks very well on a leash. He has been completely vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested; the results of which were negative. His adoption fee $150.00.

Chihuahua Rescue Indiana Inc. is a non profit, all volunteer rescue working with Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes. The pets are housed in individual volunteer foster homes, not kennels or shelters until they are adopted permanently. We get to know our animals and therefore can tell the potential adopter what the traits of the animal are and what home would be the best for the pet. We are dedicated to the adoption, education, rescue and transportation of the Chihuahua breed. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. FINISH
